Belitung Islands are famous for its beautiful beaches full of large granite rocks and white sand. Besides beaches, there are small islands such as Pulau Lengkuas can be achieved by hiring a small boat. Around the Pulau Lengkuas there are many other islands such as Bird Island (Pulau Burung) and Sand Island (Pulau Pasir), an island that exists only at low tide.
